• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Each request will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with the applicable regulations.

If a return or exchange is approved for reasons other than an error on the part of THE CRAFTY NEST, the customer is responsible for all delivery, courier, or pickup charges associated with the return or exchange.

If the return or exchange is approved due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by THE CRAFTY NEST, THE CRAFTY NEST will cover the applicable delivery or courier charges.
